Frequently Asked Questions on PSA Flight Reservations

#1. How to find PSA tickets at the lowest fare?

Booking your ticket at least 21 days prior to flight departure could be helpful. If your origin or destination city has multiple airports, compare fares by changing the airport-pair. It helps you get more options. Flying on a mid-weekday from Tuesday to Thursday or with a flight departing late-night can help you save more.

#2. How do I make a PSA flight booking?

Connect with our travel partner by calling on the flight reservation number +1 855 936 1490. You can book it online or take assistance of the experts. Provide accurate passenger information and use a valid payment card to pay for the ticket.

#3. Do I need to book a separate seat for my 2 years’ baby?

Infants up to 2 years of age are not required to have their own reserved seat. However, when one adult travels with two infants, a seat has to be purchased for the second infant.

#4. What check-in options are available for a PSA booking?

Web or mobile check-in is available for all PSA flights, including codeshare flights operated by Piedmont. If you encounter any issue, call at the PSA Customer Service Number.

#5. Do I need to provide a proof of a negative COVID-19 test?

It depends upon your travel destination. If you are entering US a COVID-19 negative report or a proof of recovery (in case infected earlier) issued by your healthcare provider is required.  The COVID-19 report has to be based on a test conducted within 3 days of the departure.

#6. What is a 24-hour Risk-Free Cancellation policy?

You can cancel your airline ticket within 24 hours of the booking for no fee, provided the scheduled departure is at least 7 days or beyond from the date of purchase.

#7. Does PSA allow unaccompanied minors to travel?

Yes. Children aged between 5 and 14 are considered as unaccompanied minors when travelling alone. The airline charges a $150 unaccompanied service fee (plus tax, where applicable) each way, in addition to the ticket price. This fee covers additional siblings on the same flight.
