I am sick of this banking institution. My account has been breached several times since i have opened my account. And now that i am out of town i am locked out of my account and access to my money. This is a piss poor institution and i will be closing my account as soon as i make it home.
I'm only giving Simmons one star because there are no negative numbers available. After Landmark became part of Simmons, service went sharply downhill. What you call 'Customer Service' is never available without a long [hours!] wait, and then they can't seem to fix anything. There is supposed to be a self-serve option for changing passwords, but no one knows how to set this up. Summary: system's not working, help is not available, and self-service isn't. (BTW, the grammar and punctuation in About Simmons Bank are wrong.)

I have been having this problem with my debit card now going on 3 months. Everytime i use my card at a store the next time i get ready to use it i can't its like my account has been flagged so i have to call in and confirm that it was me that used my card. Thats good in one since however TODAY 4/13/2020 Im at a store needing to purchase a TV for my family and my card wont work. The people at the store looking at me as if I dont have any money. The line got long and me and my family had to get out of the line. That is so embarrassing for me and my family to have to go through that EVERY TIME I go to the store. There should be a better way that we can do this... i am not happy at all and i would really hate to change banks but i will if this can not get resolved!!!!
this is the worst service I have ever had with any bank. I have tried to contact your bank for over one week. This involves me being on the lines for 45 minutes and not getting to talk to an associate. I have tried calling 4 different numbers that have all been answered as Simmons Bank and received a recording as to the fact that my call would be answered in the order it was received.
