Very worst company and customer service I have ever seen. After returning my rental car on Friday morning and asking for a receipt I was told it would be e-mailed to me. I did not receive it and it is now Monday afternoon and I have called 4 times asking for my receipt and was told and misled or lied to numerous times that it would take another 2-3 hours to process my receipt and then the story changed and it could take an additional 48 hours to process. When I asked for a supervisor I was told they couldn't help me or they were at "lunch". When I told the customer service representative I was being lied to I was then told "I" was being disrespectful. This company has had over 78 hours since the rental has been turned in and I still have not received a receipt.
