This is not a company to do business with
1- When I called at 855-456-7634 to activate my new card, I was greeted by their automated services that prompted me to several menus before you could speak to a rep that asked me about my name, DOB, last 4 # of my Soc Sec etc..before asked me why I call. When I told her that I want to activate my new card, she asked me more questions than the previous rep was asking me. It reach a point that I grew impatient with their nonsense and I made a request to cancel my account with SoFi. She refused, then I hangup.
2- This services is relatively slow. If I made a transfer from my checking account to SoFi card, It takes them several days over one week before the transfer come thru which remind me of the old banking system 40 years ago or more; the horse and buggy days era.
3- The staff is not arrogant but intransigent in its approach and not well trained which put it to the borderline of mediocrity.
4- Don't waste your time a service that use more automated services than human, mediocre staff, and slow service
5- One star is the minimum I can check as rating but I feel I should be able to rate them as minus three If I could
